At JHHANAK, every handcrafted piece is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely and beautifully. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care each product deserves.

Order Processing

All prepaid orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During festive seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499 across India.
A standard shipping charge will apply to orders below ₹1,499.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

All orders must be prepaid using our secure online payment options.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.
