At JHHANAK, every handcrafted piece is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As our products are handcrafted and made with intricate detailing, we follow a strict No Return Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered.

Please ensure you review the product details carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in case you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A continuous 360° unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is completely visible, without any cuts or edits.
  • Claims submitted without a continuous 360° unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Once the issue is verified by our team, we will process the exchange accordingly.

COD Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment methods.

Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499.
  • Standard shipping charges will apply to orders below ₹1,499.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please share the following:

  • Order Number
  • Clear product images
  • Packaging images
  • Continuous 360° unboxing video

Our team will review your request and assist you with the exchange process.

Refund Policy

Since JHHANAK follows a No Return Policy, refunds are not applicable once an order has been dispatched or delivered.

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • Your order is cancelled before dispatch by our team.
  • We are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
